The Music industry is the latest frontier that’s being conquered by our researchers, with 6 patents registered so far: from guitar holders to carbon fiber drumsticks. The introduction of new materials, especially plastic polymers, in the manufacturing of musical equipment is just the beginning of a revolution, with TECNOPLAST proudly standing among its leading voices.

CARBON FIBER DRUMSTICKS

Born as a side project, Techra makes innovative carbon fiber drumsticks. Years of research have led to the development of these cutting edge drumsticks with unparalleled qualities: perfect balance, high rigidity, vibrations absorbent and 9 times more durable than wooden models. Techra’s carbon fiber drumsticks are designed to weight as much their wooden counterparts, while presenting a stronger grip and unmatched maneuverability. All of Techra’s drumstick models have a built-in anti-vibration system, allowing vibrations to be dissipated within the body of the stick.

GUITAR HOLDERS

TECNOPLAST’s own guitar holder is one of a kind: its structure is built with high performance plastic polymers, while the surface that comes in contact with the instrument are made out of a special anti-slip, anti-stains rubber.

TECNOPLAST’s engineers designed this holder for most string instruments, even the ones with unusual shapes: classical guitars, acoustic guitars, semi-acoustic guitars, electric guitars, even the ones with non traditional and/or asymmetrical bodies. The holder comes in different colors and it’s an international patent.
