Here at TECNOPLAST we’re aware of just how important the designing phase is to make an excellent product. Our team of professionals will always analyze the whole project beforehand: functionality, structure, printability, components, compound performances, etc.

Besides the CAD-CAM tools, TECNOPLAST employs a CAE system to run printing simulations and help define, together with our clients, the wanted specs for the molds. TECNOPLAST’s highly skilled engineers are tasked to analyze, evaluate and verify all the CAE input data.

We design all our product starting from the development of its geometry, the study of its components’ material and the different parts needed for it to work. In all our projects we strictly apply all the important regulations and international protocolos (ISO, UL, FDA, etc.)

In projects related to the automotive industry (while waiting for the implementation of standard IATF 16949), we’re able to provide our clients with all the required regulations such as PPAP, 8D, etc.

The CAE system we employ is able to simulate the entire printing process while catching and sidestepping any issue concerning deformations, fragility, fluxes, injecting and cooling; this provides an airtight system to monitor the production process in its entirety, ensuring the best possible end result.
