A 360 degrees production range
TECNOPLAST produces a wide variety of polymer parts and mechanical components designed for several different applications. All our products are made via injection moulding, using high performance thermoplastic. We use proprietary compounds designed in our laboratory to fit any specification requested by our clients.
For 60 years now we’ve been producing these high performance compounds, finding applications in some of the most demanding industries:
AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY
Producing mechanical parts for agricultural machinery has been part of TECNOPLAST’s production line since its foundation. Self-lubricating bushings along with other high performance solutions for mechanical applications, developed side by side with the clients, are the result of six decades of experience.
AUTOMOTIVE
TECNOPLAST engineers develop and produce plastic components for the automotive industry. We specialize in components for armrests, bodies, link ball parts, as well as components for electric windows and wipers. We work with some of the biggest names of the automotive industry such as AUDI, Porsche, Volkswagen, Bentley, Bosch, Renault.
TECNOPLAST components find a home in the railway sector as well, with our flame retardant compounds being used to produce the interior for train carriages.
HOME APPLIANCE
TECNOPLAST components are largely used in the production of various electrical machines and devices for household functions, both for small appliances (coffee machines, bottling machines, etc) and major appliances.
POWER TOOLS
TECNOPLAST parts are also used in the production of power tools and mechanical shop equipment. Our components are designed to perfectly integrate complex mechanical systems and specialized tools.
ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS
The high performance polymers used by TECNOPLAST engineers, thanks to their tribological properties and insulating capability, allow our products to find several applications in the electrical and electrotechnical sectors.
FURNITURE
TECNOPLAST polymer based components find a home in the furniture industry as well. Designers and architects often find in our products just what they’re looking for when exploring new possibilities using alternative materials.
