TECNOPLAST works side by side with its clients from the start: we know the methods, the processes and the materials required to obtain the best result.
Initial analysis
TECNOPLAST’s team of engineers starts each new project with a complete analysis of its functionality, structure, printability, and materials. Our experts will walk our client through every step of the designing process with the aid of powerful project management tools.
Our professionals will provide support on every aspect of the component they’re tasked to build, from the development of its geometry and structural specs, to which raw materials will be used in the production. They’ll listen to any request and work thoroughly towards its complete realization.
Moldflow® and molding simulation.
With the aid of CAE software we’re able to simulate the whole printing process and prevent any deformity or anomaly in the mold.
TECNOPLAST designers, engineers and analysts all work with the plastic injection and compression mold simulation software Moldflow®. This powerful tool cuts production defects significantly (air bubbles, incomplete prints, core shifts, weak spots caused by cut pressure, internal tension within the material, strains, backwashes, etc) and is essential to the designing process.
Lab Analysis
Once the production line delivers the product, and past the prototype phase, each component goes through TECNOPLAST’s laboratory where our professionals verify and test the mechanical performances of every single part. Next comes the R&D validation and ultimately the release of the final project for the mold.
