Our whole production process is monitored, automated and under continuous statistical analysis.

• Technical consulting. TECNOPLAST works side by side with its clients from the start, putting on the table its decades worth of experience and knowledge in the plastic business and walking them through each step of the design process.

• Electric injection molding machines. TECNOPLAST moulding machinery department houses 37 units and is able to work with all sorts of plastic polymer based materials. These machine use servo robots to handle operations and reach the maximum output consistency, cutting on production time and increasing production stability.

• Deep knowledge of all things plastic materials. At TECNOPLAST we’ve been working with plastic materials for the past 60 years. We know the methods, the production processes and all the applications inside out. We work with polymers, technopolymers and high performance superpolymers of any kind: polyarylamide, thermoplastic elastomers, additives such as carbon fiber, long glass fiber, minerals, PTFE, aramid fibers, etc. TECNOPLAST engineers are constantly researching new polymers to match the ever growing number of applications in both the industrial and domestic sector.
